Through Facebook I often get asked how no knead works so today Maggie took this video for me.

The whole process after the second rise took 48 seconds as opposed to 10 to 15 minutes of back breaking kneading.

Bought a second small loaf tin yesterday so I could bake two loaves at the same time.  Intend to freeze one and that would be enough bread for a week for us.

Think I may have got my flour measurement wrong as too much dough but still turned out well.

I freeze one loaf.  The other just sits in the bread tin.  It lasts exceptionally well.
