This is one heck of an easy snack to make.  The idea of it hit me while walking through the supermarket looking at tinned fruit.  I used apricots but you could use any fruit you like.

Just need a sheet of puff pastry, snack pack of diced apricot and some raw sugar.

Cut the pastry into six pieces, drain the aricots and arrange them equally between the pastry sheets, sprinkle over some raw sugar and into a hot oven (200 degrees), camp oven, Weber BabyQ or other hooded bbq for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.

Note: The weight of the fruit holds the middle of the pastry down and the rest puffs up.

Did this lot a little different.  Put half a teaspoon of Nutella down in the middle and put the apricots on top of it.
