Went camping for a couple of days over near Dwellingup for the start of marron season. Unfortunately didn't catch any marron, but gave the new rotisserie a test run. One of the best pork roasts I've had. The crackle didn't crackle but the meat more than made up for it

Pulled the Jumbuck out again as soon as I got home to do a chicken for the family. Produces very juicy and tender meat, very happy. Might give it a day off tomorrow
