Bear I fixed the first link as well, I think it was an Ebay link problem.
Derek my thinking is I will use the foil trays when cooking anything that might make a mess, and use the Kaon tray when making bread, Pizza and alike.
Knowing me I might be over thinking things though. Smiley

Actually John, that is a very good idea, saving the plate for baking.  I know at home, where I can be using the pit near every day, I go through quite a lot of trays on my bigger Weber Q and this would be a good idea.

I do use the trays quite a few times but I always seem to be buying them.

My next bit of bling arrived today. I do not know how well it will work but I hope it catches the drip from the lid as they claim. I hope to test it soon.
