Keep this up John and you will have to start calling it a Weber/Kaon hybrid.   Grin Grin

I only recently saw those drip trays.  I think I have got used to wiping the drip up.  To me it is one of the faults with Weber.

Not trying to encourage you to keep buying more but have you looked at the saucepan and trivet.  Often thought the trivet would be good for us on a hot day for boiling the kettle outside rather than inside on the gas in the motorhome.

John, these came up as a memory today on Facebook.  Was the first roast I ever cooked in the Weber, 9 years ago.

We stayed the night at a rest area called Hickey Falls on the Newell Highway just south of Coonabarabran in NSW in our last caravan.

This would make my Weber just over 9 years old and still going strong.

I now have the last bits that I ordered for the weber. The side tables were backordered but they are here now. The roasting tray looks well made as well as the scraper, which I have now tested and works well.
We cooked a couple of steaks for the first time and they cooked well as you would expect.
I also have a new BBQ Meat thermometer to test, wireless and it can have up to 4 probes, I just have one probe to try.

Yes, I bought it with the roasting tray, $9. They make two stiles as they make one for to older grill versions.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PS-PYBBC9as&t=101s

I tested the new roasting tray today along with the BBQ Meat thermometer. Happy with both items, with this sort of meal the tray stayed clean enough, and the temp probe worked well.
I did note a difference with the weber thermometer in the lid to the probe by around 30deg,

Found the scrapper no problems, where are your roasting trays from. Did you try your new probe in boiling water to test hoe accurate it is. Cheers Robert
