Hey all,
I used to post here in the challenges at times. I’ve noticed this website is on its knees with very little activity lately. I still cook outside on the fire around 2 times a week. I’ll try to post once a week.
So I’ve decided to make my own thread and post my cooking adventures. Most cooking will be on the fire or on a rotisserie.
Please feel free to post your tips and advice.

Most forums of this nature have fallen away a lot since Facebook took over. Pretty well all of the old regulars are still around though even if they don’t regularly post.

I am still trying to keep it going as are a few others.
