I found this recipe by accident and thought, wow so simple.  Make it tonight for dinner and it will be a definite have again meal.

Ingredients

400 gms beef sirloin, thinly sliced
400 gms large green prawns, peeled and deveined
1/2 red capsicum, sliced
1/2 yellow capsicum, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice for serving

Method

Combine the beef, prawns and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok/pan/camp oven over high heat then add the marinated beef and prawns. Stir-fry until cooked through.  Remove and set aside.

Add the capsicum and broccoli and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the beef and prawns and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.

Serve with rice.
