You might remember I cut all the old growth off my olive tree last year and dumped it. Didn’t think to save it for smoking.

Had some cabbage in the fridge that needed to be used so decided to fry it up with some bacon. Pulled a bag of bacon bits out of the fridge and realised it was the ends from my first ever one.

It is still the best I have ever made. Taste and smoke amazing. Going to have to go back to the original recipe I think. Smiley
