Tonight Rick has cooked a roast lamb dinner in an old boiler of a steam engine.
Wood fired of course.
He was at Rose Isle Station out from Bourke.

Just watched it and said to Maggie, I think we just might have a lamb roast on the weekend.  Mind you, ours will be a lot more cooked than his pink one.  Smiley

At the end of the last show Rick cooked an Italian Ragu after visiting Griffith in NSW however used shin beef instead of mince as you would normally.

Said to Maggie, I am going to do that so was tonights dinner.

Pretty darned good.

Did you see the final episode last week?

Rick went to a Fish Butchery in Sydney.  I have never seen anything like it before.

They were sampling seafood charcuterie.  Things like seafood salami and tuna bacon.

It amazes me what some people can come up with with different foods.
