Ordered some of these large salami casings today.  These ones are large 60mm in diameter which is about the size of the salami slices you buy in a deli.

They are 550mm long and can hold up to 1.3 kilo of salami mix and as I only do around 1 kg at a time should be quite a good size for us.

Of all places they are made in Spain and are not edible casings.
