Hoping to do my first one tomorrow and going back over your figures.

You started at 1062g and hang at 1493g an increase of 431g. A large increase how does that happen?

I have no flaming idea. 😂😂😂

Other than the fact that my fat fingers hit the wrong key.

However this alters the weight loss percentage to bring it back to around 40%.

Did you spray with the mold solution? Cheers
And did you use Juniper berries or the seeds?

Will buy another next week and do it the traditional way with just the salt curing and paprika before hanging. Cheers

Dried juniper berries which I ran through the grinder. No I didn’t spray with Mold 600. I think my fridge is now inoculate with it. The amount you can see in photos grew on it’s own.
