Well, this was a surprise.

The flavour is excellent albeit a little less garlic maybe for next time.

However the look and texture took me by surprise. It is more like a brawn to look at as is the texture. It has a good quantity of meat jelly and slices nicely. The colour is good for a ham.

The oven bag worked well.

Next time???? Maybe more mince to cut pork ratio and a finer cut of the cubed pork.

Took it with us on our picnic in the motorhome and grabbed a fresh sourdough loaf on the way. Had nice ham and salad sandwiches and it was very, very nice.

More work needed.
