I bought a Smokenator 1000 with Hover Grill and  have had a lot of fun with them.
Smoked whole chicken breasts is good.

I found you need to top up the water more often than Don suggests.

Smokenator Brined Chicken recipe

Published on Jun 19, 2012

The Smokenator 1000. Mad Hunky Poultry Brine. And a well seasoned Weber grill.
This is chicken done right. The Smokenator will hold a rock hard steady temperature at 225-250 for hour after hour, without the need to add any extra coals.
Mad Hunky poultry brine can be used for an extended period of time, not having tons of salt.
These yardbirds were tender and moist and packed a powerful flavor punch!
