Been a quiet summer cooking wise, I have virtually given up other than gas with all the fire restrictions we seem to strike when we travel.  Saw similar to these on the tv the other night and thought they looked interesting as a happy hour snack.

Cant see why not Bonnie, I like crunchy things and the Pizza Dough with Semolina suits me, slightly thicker and more bread like should be fine.

I havent seen anything new that appealed to me to try in the BabyQ over summer.  We still do roasts and pizza pretty regularly.

No Aart long time between Garlic Prawns but I always have the Angel Hair Sphagetti at the ready.  Lately I get the MOTH prawns which he prefers in bread rolls and I get myself Pacific Oysters which I like raw.

Winter time I will do shanks but find the pressure cooker does a quick and easy job of them.  I think the best recipe is the one from Rastas which I made several times.

I have been doing a lot more photography, mainly sunrises which involves some travel and leaves me jetlagged for a couple of days to recover so meals are quick and easy.

Glad your all still doing the camp oven cooking and as was once said to me an oven is an oven so most things would cook in any kind.

Smiley Hiya Caroline
Made your roasted pumpkin soup the other day and my males loved every morsel   Smiley

I hear you re: fire restrictions   Cry
However, every time I moan about not being able to use heat beads my lad says "hot is hot Mum, don't matter if it's coals or gas".
He doesn't understand the whole eye flavour bit  hehe
