I have changed my grain mix.  Tried real hard to find a grain mix locally but no luck.

Went back to “Simply No Knead” and bought some of theirs again.

This is a lighter grain than my last lot so will see how it goes.

Got some on the first rise now.

Depends on what you are having to do it for.  There are some good rice alternatives to bread.
