HI Derek
Yesterday I had three slices wholemeal. cold meat, cucumber, tomato, beetroot and mayo. that was lunch. Cheesy
Kev Shocked

Put the salad and meat on a plate and have one slice of bread as an accompaniment.   Grin

Woops.

Why no bread???

Bread, pasta and rice. Cholesterol issue. Bad cholesterol is good, good cholesterol is bad.

Strange but true.

That’s a bummer.  After two years I am now on top of my cholesterol issues however now taking medication for it.

White bread straight out of the oven.

Two crusty loaves at the front are to go with a big chicken and vegetable soup/stew currently bubbling away and the one at the back will be turned into a bread and butter pudding.

Hot, crusty grain bread straight out of the oven.

Might seem like we are eating a lot of bread here but these are really quite small loaves.

Hi Derek
It was the same when we had bread maker.
The loaf always  looked good when it came out of the bread maker. The loaf was small but was great to eat
Enjoy your bread
regards Kev.
