I am very impressed with this overnight dough recipe.  Mix the dough and leave it on the bench top in a lidded container overnight.

Turn it out and fold the dough over a few times to expel some air, shape it and let sit for up to an hour then cook it for 35 minutes.

From what I have seen online a lot of people put it in a sourdough proving basket for that last hour.  Might be my next purchase.

Used to do this a lot in the camp oven when out bush.

This is just the usual 2 cup flour bread recipe divided into six and cooked in a 8” tin.  I could have used a larger tin as I used to do these in a 12” camp oven.
