Maggie and I do love duck.  Unfortunately around here whole duck is simply just not available however duck breasts are and we have them regular.

Those of you with an iPad would be aware that they throw up random photos all the time and the photo of these ones this week so I just had to have it.

On this occasion I didn’t marinate the duck in the soy and five spice.  Just cooked it as it was and this imparted a totally different flavour.

This is a truly amazing meal if you like duck.  Well worth giving a go.

Also a glass of merlot goes very well with duck.   Tongue
