Ingredients
2 cups self raising flour
30g butter
3/4 cup milk
Vegemite
Grated cheese

Method
Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Make a well in the centre, add the milk and mix in using a butter knife. Give it a quick knead to combine everything in the bowl. Roll out into a rectangular shape and reasonably thin. Spread Vegemite over the dough, then cover with grated cheese. Roll up along the long edge as tight as possible. Cut into one sections, place into a camp oven and sprinkle more cheese on top of each scroll. Bake for about 45 minutes until lightly browned and the dough is cooked.
