I have been wanting to give this a try for a long time as for me pear and blue cheese go very well together.  Usually find it with rocket as a salad.

I chose to use a puff pastry for the outer to keep it light, beurre bosc pear and a nice Danish blue to go inside.

Grease the inside of the preheated iron and a nice slow cook.  The pears were softened and the cheese melted and runny.

The result is an explosion of lovely flavours in your mouth.  Both Maggie and I are hooked.
