As we are setting up a dedicated work are Molly suggested we get a stainless steel work table. Arrived yesterday and I spent a bit of time last night putting it together.

Measures 900 x 600 x 850h.

Coming via Aramex Couriers no doubt.  Never know when they are going to turn up.

I bought something from Sydney during the week and when I looked on the Aramex tracking this morning it was still somewhere between Sydney and Toowoomba.

Around 10.00 am dogs let me know someone at the door and it had been delivered.  Just dropped on the driveway and cleared off.  Yep on a Saturday and all.

The online delivery details were updated about an hour later to say it had been to Toowoomba and then out for delivery and then delivered.

First lot of cure meat was a failure, the tenderloin had black mold and was not dry in the middle.
Having a full 8% vinegar clean out the later a wipe out with distilled water. Will spray with the mold 600 and. Start again. Cheers

Moved the chamber over into position and a few more things sorted. The back is giviving me heaps so limited to what I can do but a bit each day and you move forward.

At lest I am starting to get my main gear in one place and not scattered through out the house.
We juiced some more lemons and lime and I dried some zest so the dehydrator is out of the cupboard and easy access now.

Trouble being the dehydrator is near 30 years old and the vacuum sealer is near or over 25 years. Improvements in both and age is dictating new gear. So everything I sell goes in to my purchase fund.

Molly and I got back from her rehab at 11:20am and I headed out again at 11:30 am for my heart rehab. Opened the door and the cardboard carton with the second SS table was leaning against the wall.
No notification or door knock just there. Derek knows the delivery company well. Bought it inside the went out.

Picture 1 chamber in position
Picture 2 New shelving . Cheers Robert
