I love black pudding however for months and months have been trying to locate a source of dried pork blood in Australia to make it in.

I can get it from the UK however with the dollar conversion to pounds am looking at $40 for 500 grams which os a little too much.

Some places in Australia sell frozen or jellied blood but not dried. Certainly nothing around up here.

One day I may have some success.

Not sure if it is treated. Would be very messy to use frozen I would expect that is why I have been hanging out for dried.

I remember years ago it was available on both eBay and Amazon. Back before I started mucking with all this stuff.

Got a frozen piece of commercial black pudding thawing in the fridge ifor breakfast now.
