Must have been driving down the highway when I last posted as it has arrived.

She’s a big bugger. Was the smallest of their models having a capacity of 150gms so pleased I didn’t order the bigger one..

Came with a spare set of blades, spare set of carbon brushes for the motor, a sieve and a cleaning brush. Was supposed to have a socket to remove the blades but not included. Have sent them an after sales please explain. 😊

Now waiting for the scales I ordered then off to get some sausage skins.

I have orders from family for Boxing Day breakfast sausages so better get my finger out. Grin

I bought a couple of SS food pans to catch the mince and mixing. Molly went, they would be good for dying so ordered another two.. mine will get a lot of use for home produce.

This is the jewlers scale I bought a few years ago when I stated home tinkering with meat. The lid slides of and you use it as a small bowl.

Had a double delivery today. Found this in the letterbox late. All starting to come together now. Only paid $27 off eBay. Looks good.

I was looking at some in Kmart just recently. Pretty cheap as well.

I was home however was sitting at the kitchen table with my ipad and an email popped up saying it had been delivered.

Went down to the front door and there it was sitting just outside.

Didn’t hear a thing. Even the dogs didn’t hear them.

Thank you lastime I had them they took it back to the depot, shiit time getting it back.

My casings arrive this afternoon from smoke and cure and my food land has boneless rolled sho7lder pork on special for $5 kg.
